    Good Evening Professor Gill,
    Please excuse my absence this evening, I have had a very bad stomach flu for the past three days and I do not wish to share this with anyone. If you wish I can bring in a doctor's note to excuse my absence as they have been trying to help me control my naseau.
    Is there anyway I could receive my mid-term grade? I would very much appreciate it.
